Okay I am "following suit" and doing as Arnold and Jon....rehashing good ol' memories...which will probably end up making me feel old, because so much time has passed, but that's okay!
Memories...
If you read this:
You must comment a memory of me.
It can be anything you want!
It can be good...or bad.
Just so long as it happened.
Then post this to your blog,
and see what people remember about you.

Meeting you for the first time on our way to La Senza, driving around Richmond trying to find Joyce's place, holding the steering wheel while you did your hair, the drive up to Calgary...man we did a lot of driving together, my first time seeing you cry, Manning Lake with Jon, Stef, Darrell, and Walter, late night studying at SFU. Ah, there are just too many memories. You've been an amazing friend.
Peace.
One of my first memories is seeing you sit atop a table with your legs crossed, while folding and eating marble cheese during our first Bible studies. Fascinating! Then there's camping under mosquito nets in Fajara, you jump starting my parents' car, seeing you dance (or drime) in the convo mall, laughing while freezing after falling into the lake at Manning Park, you getting sticky marshmallow off the underneath of my shoe with a stick while I happily eat smores, the birthday ice-skating "date" you set up after talking to my Dad, singing at your wedding, our million conversations about God, the list goes on and on ...
I had to come back and post this great memory: You and me in some small, old, empty church two summers ago (looking for a church for your wedding) in who-knows-where, sitting in the sanctuary, seeing the tablecloth on the altar move and us getting spooked, screaming and running out, getting into the car and driving off as fast as we can. Funny now, but freaky back then.

Yes, we took arnold to La Senza. The first time we ever really hung out. One of our mutual friends needed to pick up some pajamas she ordered (during Christmas conference) and we asked him if he wanted to come with us. He has NO idea what "La Senza" was, and so when we got to the store...he was so completely uncomfortable (it was so funny actually). And that's the story! He quickly learned to kindly decline further invitations to "La Senza" :)
Mindy . .my first blind date!! Do you remember coming to my house in your little Tracker! Fun times. We really got to know each other outside of this country in the Gambia. Where to begin? Lets' see: chicken 'shopping' in the local markets, sleepovers at local colleges, singing in front of local churches, teaching at the schools, taxi rides, getting lost with Hilary, handing out cookies on your birthday . .and on and on it goes!It was the best year of my life so far and I am glad you were there with me! Those are my first memories with you .. the rest has been good too! Thanks chicky!
